As shown in the listf's I expect the files to be 80 Byte fixed length ASCII
files. That happens . it is just that one of them will only send over the
first record and truncates the rest of the file. It is as if the thre is only
one record in the source file (which is of course essentially the case as it
is a linux file) and cuts everything past the 80 byte mark. Why the other two
do not exhibit the same behaviour is the real mystery I suppose.
