Just to add a slight enhancement to what Costas said:
QUERY can be very powerful when creating/recreating test data.
In QUERY do a find then a
report all ,x
this dumps out the data items one per line minus the data item name= part.
One can then cut and paste this data with the QUERY ADD command. Thus one
could create a QUERY script that can easily readd/create entries for testing
purposes. It could also be handy to create a data dump file that has one
data item per line with a record length of the maximum data item.
