I would venture that anyone writing technical manuals today would almost
certainly be using some form of hypertext linking within the document -
windows help files, or Internet style HTML.

I'm sure that soon the CD-ROM's will be a huge collection of beautifully
linked and indexed HTML documents, and then we wont have to worry about
the arrow keys. :)
