How about this:
input dummy;prompt="Press a key to continue";readcnt=1
deletevar dummy
The readcnt=1 parameter tells the input command to read only one character from the
keyboard. It can be any character, space bar included, any function key, or the
return key. (The special keys -- arrows, shift, ctrl, etc. won't work.)
