Good Morning all:

Came in this morning to a dead 987/200.  The console indicated that the
system attempted to start a job, but it appears the system stopped in the
middle of that procedure.  There was no response from the console, so we A)
cycled power on the cabinet, B) did an RS at the CM prompt, C) did a boot
from primary path and an interact with IPL.  At that point, we got a
message "Booting cannot find entry_test.  Failed to initialize init status
= -4."  We then were taken back to "BOot from primary path?"  And the above
was repeated.  We are on 5.5 pp7.

The system is in another location, so I am missing that "look, touch, see,
feel" part of the problem diagnosis.  Any thoughts or help from the list
will be greatly appreciated.
