The UID can be changed with the ALTUSER command.  The GID can be specified at
NEWACCT time, but cannot be changed with ALTACCT.  I think that only leaves
STORE/RESTORE for changing GIDs :(
 
Use the uid= option on the ALTUSER command and the gid= option on the NEWACCT
command.
