Heh heh..that's pretty broad. Is Apache even running? If not, check the error
log (from the shell type "tail /APACHE/PUB/logs/error_log" and it will
display the last bit).

Is apache running on port 80? From the shell you can type "grep Port
/APACHE/PUB/conf/httpd.conf" and it should display the line with your port
number.
