Hi Doug,

Well said. This principle appears to nicely explain the herd type decisions
we've discussed some lately.  The more other companies are buying a product,
the more CYA you get - how could the decision be wrong when so many others
are making the same move?  Of course, it could back fire when other companies
(at least appear to) successfully implement, but yours doesn't.
