After recently adding a 100MB network card (LAN100) to our HP system we
began to get the following error messages displayed on the system console:

/#J1/176/ Stat on "/etc/bootptab" No such file or directory

Prior to adding this card our system contained one 10MB card (LAN1). The
application vendor supporting our box says this is not important, however
it is distracting and we would like know whats causing them and fix it. Our
system is not setup to run the posix shell (entering sh returns the message
unknown command name). Both cards are working normally.

Being very new to MPE we are not sure if this posix configuration has
anything to do with it or not.
Thanks
mike
