I've noticed that there are still people trying to access the SIGIMAGE
ballot.

Unfortunately, all one will get now is a page indicating that balloting is
closed, and has been since April 5.

Just thought people would like to know.

Also - refreshing your browser won't do the trick either ;)  (noticed a lot
of "retries" as well).
