We use JobRescue by NOBIX.  It's very flexible and I don't think it's as
expensive as the more known schedulers.

There are many job schedulers available. The contributed library has a
package
called SLEEPER, which will schedule based on date and time, day of week and
other criteria (it has been a while since I last used it and do not know
what
enhancements have been added since.)

There are also several commercial packages, MAESTRO and OCS Express are the
only
two that I can remember at the moment. They provide for a more robust set of
scheduling options (job dependencies on local and remote systems).  Your
selection of a particular product depends on what you need and what you are
willing to spend.
