I recall one of our customers moving to an XP256 long ago and he
preferred to prepare the planned config in SYSGEN (separate group,
using BASEGROUP command as someone else already explained) as well
as create a small file with the VOLUTIL commands (verify off,
newset's, newvol's) for the USE command in VOLUTIL.

This reduced the manual steps (time, risks, etc) at "install time".
