IIRC, the AIF:MI was obsoleted by HP a couple years ago and is no longer
available for purchase.  It was a $10,000 product that only ever sold two or
three copies I believe (only someone wanting to write a performance
monitoring product would need it).

Obviously it must still be "supported" since I think some of HP's own tools
as well as *almost* [Hi Stan!] all performance monitoring tools on MPE rely
on it.

These days I would expect anyone who has purchased the MI AIF to get all
their information directly from CSY, since I doubt there is a lot of
interest in updating a manual for an obsolete product and for which only a
handful of copies would be needed.
