I haven't seen any impact printers that accept PCL driven code,
probably because a lot of the PCL escape codes would be meaningless.
PCL is page based control of the document, while impact printers
typically deal with lines. Kind of hard to draw a simple white-filled
box. The PCL commands for LaserJet IIP and better, you could use,

   ~*c45a45b0P~*p+1x+1Y~*c43a43b1P~

Where the "~" represents escape. After drawing the box, the position
is at the top left most of the box. (Note: you can always push and pop your
position using esc &f0S and esc &f1S.) On an impact printer, I suspect
that it would have to remember an entire page before even attempting to
print one line.

I thought that Fantasia could do multi-part forms? We have Formation,
from Unison, which does handle that problem.

You're right about bin selection, too. Some of our apps require a
fancy letterhead page, selected from the bottom bin of our LJ IID
(still ticking) and a normal letterhead "quality" paper from the
top bin for the rest of the letter.

Enough ramblings...I need more coffee!
