  There is a tiny hole in middle, on the back, it should be labeled GSP RESET.
   
  Don't worry, you can reset it in the middle of the day, it will not affect the production side.

Had the dds-2 drive replaced the other day, goy wanted to check it was ok with ioscan. When I told him the bad news he went kind of blank with "Not UX ?"....

Did John mention the model of HP3K that is having the problem.

If it is an N-Class, it may be helpful to reset the GSP, with the magicial Tech Paper clip.
