I've been a bit delayed responding to this and so before the holidays start
I wanted to thank everyone who offered suggestions. I will make some time
after the new year to work on this. Here are some suggestions that I will do my
best to incorporate:

Juan Rojas suggested moving the "audit" functionality to a separate program
so that PM would not be needed. That's a good idea since the original program
started out life as a lab tool and those features don't seem to be in much demand
any more so no need to haul all that baggage around.

Leonard Berkowitz suggested adding an additional prompt so that variables could be
set for any file exceeding a certain percentage full. That makes good sense when file
sets are used so it's possible to tell which files are getting close to being full. When a
single file is selected I'll provide more variables so jobs/scripts could be controlled
based on the attributes of the file.

I will also try to add in the smarts so that the program can be used in a manner like a
regular listfile command vs. running a program and selecting from a menu.

Once I have something worth trying I'll see about getting it on jazz so anyone can grab
it.

Thanks for all the suggestions.

Happy Holidays

Bill
