We have two HP-IB printers that we are converting to serial interfaces.
I have the serial interface boards. Is there anything special I need
to know before I install them?

What about configuring them on DTC ports? Do I need to set up new
classes for them? (one is LP and the other is LP2) What printer
driver should I use? (One is an HP 2563B and the other is a
DataProducts LM615, although both are id'd as 2563B's in SYSGEN).

Here's the SYSGEN listing I'm using now:

     io> LDEV 6 <----------HP2563B
LDEV: 6 DEVNAME: OUTDEV: 0 MODE:
OS
ID: HP2563B RSIZE: 66 DEVTYPE: LP

 PATH: 4.5.4 MPETYPE: 32 MPESUBTYPE: 9

CLASS: LP

     io> LDEV 15<----------DP LM615
LDEV: 15 DEVNAME: OUTDEV: 0 MODE:
OS
ID: HP2563B RSIZE: 66 DEVTYPE: LP

 PATH: 4.5.5 MPETYPE: 32 MPESUBTYPE: 9

CLASS: LP2

Any thing else I need to know? Thanks in advance.
