Lest I overlook this - Three Cheers and a heart-felt atta-boy for Ken for
sharing his dissenting opinion, etc.  I've been increasingly disenchanted
with the progress (???) in that arena, and wonder how much more of the
pussyfooting is going on than we know.

I would just about consider their censure over this issue to be a badge of
honor.  Methinks the congress of emperors wastes far too much time admiring
their own and each other's new attire.

Uh....  on second thought - remove the 'just about'.
