Your paragraph read:

When you came across the works of Shakespeare, you would certainly be able
to tell that you had (assuming that you're looking at the output), so it
wasn't clear to me that your paragraph was saying what I think you think you
were saying, which is what I thought you were saying too, until I read it a
couple more times.  I thus trimmed it off of my reply along with my original
comment to it of "Precisely!".

However I'm willing to agree that that's probably what you meant, even if I
was unable to read it properly.
