I never got it to work on Win 3.1, but it works VERY WELL on Win95, using
Microsoft's TCP/IP stack. I'm currently TELNET'ed to PEAK.ORG over PPP,
running Netscape 2.0 over PPP, and have Reflection (using NS/VT) running
over TCP/IP on my lan card (sessions on my MPE and HP-UX boxes).

Win95 works ok (sort of) at home on 8MB, but is MUCH nicer at work on 16MB.
Don't even bother with Netscape 2.0 (32-bit version) on Win95 unless you
have 16MB, or you like listening to your disk drive rattle for a long time
while you look at the pretty pictures.
