Subject: Century Dates

I know this subject came up before, but I can't recall the bottom line. I have the following questions:

1. How and when will dates past the year 1999 be handled in MPE (results of the calendar intrinsic, etc).

2. What is the standard format for dates, now that the CALENDAR intrinsic format is not sufficient?

3. I know there was some talk about using an ASCII YYYYMMDD format or a 32 bit integer. Has anybody, (including HP) set a standard?

TIA
