To clarify Chad,

For those who don't know (like our friends across the big ponds) - that
would be at 16:30 EST (-0500).

3000-L will be abuzz this evening, I'm sure.  I called my financial advisor,
and as soon as he see it (he has a TV in his office tuned to CNBC), he'll
let me know.
