Howdy,
First off from the return code it looks like you have not dealt with
whatever
third party indexing you've got (lookie at me mom, I'm way out on a limb).
Second, you need your other datasets or some dummies for them. Don't
know about DBgeneral but in Adager you do a replace set for each of the
missing sets and then before committing to the change you do a capacity
change on each of the missing ones, specifying some low number.....unless
you've got a lotta time and disc space. I had to do this drill once for
'bout
85 or so datasets. Bummer.
