I would add that they should start marketing ALLBASE. According to any
documentation that I can scrape together ALLBASE is suppossed to be SQL/92
entry level compliant . This isn't to far off some of the fronts - Oracle, MS
SQL Server. In my experience, most clients are moving to GUI software for
development and HP isn't even thought of for GUI development around here
anymore. But the is still room for databases and HP could keep a lot of
clients if they push their databases.

Just my humble opinion as an old (late 30's) HP analyst who doesn't want to
lose all those years of HP experience.
