Yes. Try setting the Exchange server as a MAIL_HUB and the external
relay as the Smart Host (DS parameter). (If you have the ORA Sendmail
book, which you should if you are a Sendmail admin of any kind, look
in section 19.6.31, 19.6.41, and 19.6.47 for details on these
variables).

If that doesn't work right, set the Exchange box as the Smart Host
which will send ALL mail to the Exchange server. Then let Exchange
figure out if it's external mail that needs to go to the relay or not.
