SQLAPIW.DLL is the Gupta C API library that is shipped with HP's
Gupta interface.  You may need the developer's toolkit from
Powerbuilder which contains Powersoft's allbase provider tools.
 
Also, you might consider using HP's ODBC interface which does not
required Powersoft's toolkit.
