In majordomo, the Reply-To: behavior is configurable, and can be set to
either the posting user, or the list address.

When running an e-mail client on a list with a weird Reply-To:, try doing
a "group reply" or "reply to all recipients".  That will usually address
your reply back to the original poster *and* to the list.
