Since you already have Shareplex, I would shadow to the same system.  You
can move the disk drive(s) presently used for shadowing to the 959, so you
don't need to buy any more disk drives either.  Make it a separate class,
so that the shadow files are physically separate from the masters (you can
also make it a private volume, I think).  That way, you could physically
disconnect the shadow disks and hang them on another machine if needed in
an emergency.
