Yes, if the customer has a support contract with HP, they should be able to download the patches.

Customer is stuck for years in this version because of some programs he has developed and he cannot upgrade them. I fear to make any upgrade to the OS, I cannot anticipate the consequences. Customer has even a contract with HP for the support of the hardware. Is it possible that HP knows where to find these old patches? I am trying to connect a DLT4000 library on a HP3000/989KS MPE 5.5 powerpatch 3
I connected configuring as DLT4000 and it works but after a whilee of storing, it aborts with error CIERR 1090
I found a message that this is due to patch MPELXC3 missing
Do you know if there a way to get an MPE patch?
