Thanks, Denys and Joe...

I seem to be making progress. I have gone in to the Device Manager to check
the properties. It sees the modem
but says the right drivers aren't installed. I've gone in to the Drivers
tab to install new drivers, inserted the
driver disk from the manufacturer only for it to say it doesn't have
information about my computer. There are
no .inf files on the disk. I also tried the pcmcia driver disk that came
with the computer with the same results.

OK Bill - What kind of modem is it? I have a library of Win95 modem
(and other device) drivers here - I may be able to send it to you.

Joe
