The 2345A is strappable for two input ranges:

    "115V config" 90-135V 47.5-66Hz
                    or
    "230V config" 180-275V 47.5-66Hz

To field change the input voltage range:
     -remove the power supply
-install correct fuse - for 115V use 5A fuse, for 230V use 3A fuse
-move the strapping cable (between large capacitors C7 and C8) to
desired pin as marked "115V" or "230V"
-correct the input voltage sticker to prevent later headaches,
sparks, and arcs, and balls of fire.
