hi all!

i've still <sigh> got users running antique cognos stuff
(5.09, in this case).  on one box, qtp runs just fine:

...but on another box, it won't run:

Unable to load program to be run. (CIERR 625)

before you ask.....everything about the program, it's group
and it's account are identical from one system to the next.
there is a difference in os levels.  the working system is
running 6.5, the other is running 7.0 (...and i really hope
that's *not* the problem).

has anyone seen this before?              - d
