After spending the past couple weeks trying to figure out what an
appropriate disk drive would be to use with a new system, we have
now come to the suspicion that *all* FAST/WIDE SCSI disks that are
in use in HP3000 and HP9000 systems are, in fact, FAST/WIDE/DIFFERENTIAL
disks. Some of HP's documentation is confusing on the issue, as they
seem to give the wrong part number for the Segate disks that they say
they are using, which leads you to believe that they do not have
differential interfaces.
