Billy,

If you haven't rebooted, I've seen similar issues. From the VT console can you try to do 'abortio 20' until it says no I/O to abort. A WHILE loop may make this easier. I've had luck with this in the past. But since Ctrl-B doesn't work, you may be out of luck.

I did not realize you were on an A or N class system.
My first thought was to get the trusty tech paper clip.

Have you tried the reset button on the GSP? A quick press and release might be in order.

Hi console has become non-responsive after a very short power bleep.

I'm not there but feel comfortable what I have ask has been done, but still nothing on the physical console. So far:

Walked through console configuration - * in Remote Mode - 9600 Baud -,,, all looks good then I had them unplug the cable power cycle the console terminal -- reconfirm the configuration then reconnect and still nothing.

I can connect to the GSP port and the session is connected,, but nothing is displayed,, <ctrl> A nor <ctrl> B works,, type away but no response.

I can them connect via VT-MGR and take the console :console !hpldevin and I receive all the console messages.

So, the messages are being sent (since I see them on the VT connection), but neither the physical console nor the GSP gets any console messages and both non-responsive.

I hope I'm missing something very simple here -- so, what's the issue -- thanks.

-Billy
