In summary, P. 11-15 of the COBOLII/XL manual states...

You may, UNLESS the called program is COBOL.

Not quite sure what you mean, but basically you compile the source for each
program then link the object files together in linked.

E.G. :linked from=object1,object2 to=program;rl=your RL library
