I don't see any file called MGCAT anywhere on a system in which LOGTOOL
works.
So, is that the proper file name?

LOGTOOL is in DIAG.SYS on 6.0 and below. If you're on 6.0 or lower you
need to run it through SYSDIAG. In 7.5 it's in PUB.SYS and you should be
able to run it from the CI.

Make sure the LOGT000.PUB.SYS MGCAT file exists, if it doesn't then
LOGTOOL will exit without error.

 I have a system which won't run LOGTOOL.  It just exits - no error
message.  So, what is needed to get it to work?  I assume I'm missing
some files.  Example: :RUN LOGTOOL.PUB.SYS
