I received an answer from LSoft support this morning with the key info
to reset digests on raven.  Those of you in digest mode should have
received a "healthy" digest this afternoon.  Normal digest delivery
should continue tonight at midnight EST.

There were still a few sites with large mail queues (hipsys.co.za,
cognos.com, a few others) but according to mail logs they have been
getting "connection refused" from the mail hosts.  It *is* at least
trying to deliver them.  I'll keep an eye on it this afternoon.

Sorry again for all the confusion and delays this has caused for some of
you (approximately 135 people in digest mode).
