I am not Mr. Hurd, but if he is ok looking in the mirror each morning and can justify his 43million salary while laying off 24,500 employees, affecting 24,500 families. That's his business.

Lots of bosses say they value their employees. Some even mean it.

And then there's Leonard Abess Jr.
