Sendmail errors on outbound

Greetings,
Sendmail works fine for addresses internally to our organization.  However,
when I send it out to Internet addresses, I receive this error in my
syslog.log file when I attempted to send it to [log in to unmask]

The from name is [log in to unmask] and I don't believe this name is
known in the internet world.
Could this be why?
