I'd like to get some input from anyone who has experience, good or bad,
with going outside HP for their hardware support services. I'm looking at
a company called Solid Systems. Of course, their brochures look impressive,
but for all I know, this could be a side line for them.

I'm reminded of an old Bob Newhart routine about his airplane flight with
the 'Grace L. Ferguson Airline and storm door company'. The price was
good, but the flight wasn't.

Anyone gone down this path before and either loved or regretted the trip?
