Yes...that's what I tried, and it worked.
So...how do we get it to work with "chinese-t"?
Simple. A little Debug/iX work shows that the language name is
upshifted and appended to "/SYS/LIB/". So...
ln -s /SYS/LIB/CHINESET /SYS/LIB/CHINESE-T
export LANG=chinese-t
./loctest
Locale is : /:chinese-t;:chinese-t;:chinese-t;:chinese-t;:chinese-t;:chinese-t;/
