  Still cool.  I really couldn't ask for more.  So, '2' HP3000's (backup
CPU?) ?  The other is a Series 42 as well?  The system sounds perfect
for our purposes at Walkersville.  Now, all I have to do is find out about
MPE V licensing.  I believe the last(?) version of MPE V is Release 44 or
something.  Could/would the MPE V license of your machine be transferred
to us when we are able to get it?  I don't believe MPE/iX 5.0 would run on
this... although I could be mistaken, if MPE iX has compatibility mode support
 for Classic HP's.
This is certainly 1000 times better than the HP 2000 I almost got 6
months ago when I first moved (I was desperate), and the Series 2 HP3000
with MPE III that was lurking around somewhere at the PG County SChools
storage vault...

Yes, I do miss the 947 I used...  It is definitely faster than the 48 I
also used.  Both of them blow away the HP2000 I could have gotten with 64K
RAM, and some super primitive pre-MPE OS.
