Exactly to the point.  The call I put in was not of an urgent nature, and
even if the RC got back to me within 24 hours, it would have been OK.

If the call was of an urgent nature, believe me, I'd have picked up the
phone.  But if the call is not urgent, it's quite convienient, and you don't
have to spell out acronyms to the call takers :)
