<Thus the choices are:
< 1. Compatible everywhere -- but slower everywhere.
With the age of Windows 3.x I don't see a need to continue updating QCTerm with compatibility in mind.
< 2. Run only on 95/98/NT -- but substantially faster.
Lets go for speed and make it competitive performance wise.
Also another option if it is deemed necessary is to use VB 4.0 which has both 16 and 32 bit mode that can be controlled in the code.
