I appreciate the words of wisdom in not having WELCOME in the "WELCOME"
message.  I called it a "WELCOME" message since HP3000 uses the WELCOME
command to initiate a "WARNING/YOU'RE NOT WELCOME UNLESS AUTHORIZED/AND WILL
BE MONITORED/ AND MAY BE PROSECUTED" message.  I wanted to put that kind of
message for the FTP user to see.  Any answers
on how to make it happen??  Can it be done while changing the "WELCOME" msg?
