The file HPPCAPI.PUB.SYS contains the PC API and ODBC DLLs.
Do a binary transfer to a unique directory on your PC, put an extension on
it of .EXE. It's is a self extracing file and when run will extract
hpodbc.exe and readme.  Check out the README.
