They might be able to handle the sales support side (although I have had
many problems trying to buy non-off-the-shelf software from them),
however, once you buy the stuff, you might need technical support.
Before joining CSY last month, I *very seldomly* had technical support
problems (haven't had any since joining either ;) , and in fact, while
working with DEC and IBM, I seldomly had technical support problems.
While I would prefer to be able to easily buy and receive support, I
never want to buy and not receive support.
