It will be a continuous feed (at least during a year).
Also, the text files will be very big. A 'pure SQL' solution will be
preferred.

It is unclear from your post if this is a one-time transfer or a
continuous feed. Is the data only going one way (toward PostgreSQL)?
Is there a problem with exporting the data in a tab delimited file and
importing it?
