Subject: 2335a
Hello Liz,
I just saw your request for a HP 2335A users guide for configuring the MUX..
Question: Has anyone responded to your request?
If so, can you please send it on to me?
Our power supply on our died, and we are frantically looking for a
replacement, but we have no user setup info on it when the other one
arrives...
My company email is: [log in to unmask]
My home email is: [log in to unmask]
we are a distrubution center, and its hard to believe that the MUX died
this friday,( 2-21 ) and without it we cant print any new orders, as well
as our greenbar reports that come to us via the HP 3000 Legacy system...
I have searched this weekend for a replacement, and located a few sources..
It will probably be be sent UPS overnight to us on Tuesday or Wednesday,
I am not sure if the settings from the old board can be transferred over
the the new one, or else we will need a users guide!
Thanks so much for any help yo can provide!
