As Usual, it's been awhile.

If you are using Openview DTC Manager, there is a setting inside the boad
set up for TCP/IP and another for network. Inside of one of these there is
a setting to increase the timers for the network. This is important if you
are doing lots of telnet and there are hops between the DTC and the HP3000.
